Carve and Grill 1-3 in the Ballroom – Please Sign Up By Monday 10 am!

Your Choice Sandwich Special of the Day $7.00 includes Side, chips, choice of tea/lemonade.

Or you can order from the menu which includes: hamburgers, cheeseburgers, grilled chicken sandwich, turkey burger, brat, pulled pork sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich, French fries, onion rings, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and an assortment of beverages for sale).

Please sign up in the ballroom by 10 am Monday before. Please note: if you can’t make it to sign up for lunch and still want to come call Bennie@ 8155922150 and he will add you to the list. Also, he is working on a way to deliver to residents who physically cannot come up to eat or pickup their meals.

Aluminum Can Recycling Residents: Please do not put plastic bottles in with the aluminum cans. Plastic bottles go in the recycle bins.  Thank you.

The Tech Committee is in need of assistance.  If you have technology skills and are willing to volunteer, please reach out to Dominic Raftery at avTechChair@gmail.com.  If you have skills in any of these areas, they can use your help: Computer Systems/Network Management, Computer Applications Support, Website Development, Coding, Electronics.  Volunteers make our community the best place to live.  (02-10)

The Dumpsters on both the East & West sides are for Use By Aladdin Villas Residents Only.
What is/isn’t allowed in our Roll Off dumpsters?  Notice from the City of Mission, exactly as worded by the city: Bulky items are allowed in Roll Off containers, such as, furniture, toys, appliances, brush and leaves.  Items not allowed in Roll Off containers are hazard liquids or chemicals, construction debris, dirt, rocks, cement or tires.

Monthly Resident Activities (in chronological order):

Board Meeting in the Hacienda room at 8:30 am on the last Thursday of each month through September.  Next meeting is 09/25.  If you are unable to attend in person, you can connect to the Board Meeting conference call by dialing 564-888-5506.  When prompted, the access code is 693117.

Mr. Gattis Pizza: First Monday, 10:00 am (Oct 6, Nov 3, Dec 1, Jan 5, Feb 2, Mar 2) – FREE Cinnamon Rolls! Contact Tom Hollom for details at 320-7760-2204.

AV Garden Club in the Mesquite room on first Wednesday, 10/01 at 9:30am.

General (Residents) Meeting in the Ballroom on the first Thursday, 10/02, at 9:00am.  Come early for donuts & coffee.
