Under the sponsorship of Aladdin’s Activity Committee, there are many Craft programs in operation. All of the instructors and chairpersons are volunteers who devote many hours to managing the programs. They assist and teach newcomers as well as more advanced participants. And in all of Aladdin’s craft programs, there is a lot of socializing!  All activities times and places are posted in our calendar of events.

Craft participants also work together sponsoring fund raising events for the benefit of all Aladdin’s activity programs. They make numerous items to donate to the New Comers Welcome Gathering, the Fashion Show and other events for door prizes. Receiving these works of art are highlights appreciated by the recipients.

Each year in the middle of March an Arts & Crafts Exhibit is held in the Ballroom on a Saturday morning. It provides participants an opportunity to display their work to one another as well as to other Aladdin residents.
