ARC Committee Opportunity: We still have a few opportunities for you to join the Architectural Committee for Aladdin Villas. We are actively seeking committee members and alternates, to help keep the Aladdin Villas Homeowners Association looking nice and uniform.  Our bylaws call for 6 volunteers – 3 from the east side, 3 from the west to sign off on all architectural permits.  We would like to have extra people trained so we can always meet that requirement.

Your duties would primarily involve reviewing building plans and ensuring that they meet our established governing documents.  Currently the CCR committee is finalizing the standard operating procedures for this ARC committee.

Please let me know if you are interested in taking on one of these roles.

Best regards, AV President Ernest Tietz

The Tech Committee is in need of assistance.  If you have technology skills and are willing to volunteer, please reach out to Dominic Raftery at avTechChair@gmail.com.  If you have skills in any of these areas, they can use your help: Computer Systems/Network Management, Computer Applications Support, Website Development, Coding, Electronics.  Volunteers make our community the best place to live.  (02-10)
